No. There is not a way for the verticel board to pass through to allow it to go any higher.

Get 2 cinder blocks, or retaining wall bricks. Set ends under both ends. Depends how high up you what the rack to be.

There is no way to hold them up higher unless you put something under the horizontal 2x4x8's close to the support. I wouldn't recommend this as the weight of the wood will cause the 2x4x8 to sag in the middle unless you intend to support it mid-way.
Kind of defeats the purpose of the supports--may as well stack it up on something else.
