does the rotating assy. lock with set screws or pins ?
can the vehicle be rotated 360 degrees?

The lifting rack is constructed of 9 gauge steel. It does rotate 360 degrees and locks in any position. Parts and accessories are available through the manufacturer (Torin) directly.

can you buy the attaching arms that slide into this lift?

picture shows lift but does not show the attaching arms the actually attachs to the car. the q n a says the unit comes as in the picture. where do you get the arms that bolts to the car and slides in the lifting arms of the lift?

The arms that bolt to the car are shown in the picture. They are the four horizontal bars in the middle of the picture. Everything you need to use this item is included.
