It is a 7/8" arbor. I run standard 4-1/2" tools on it.
I wish it had a spindle lock. You need 2 wrenches to change tools, one to hold the shaft.

Question
Is it able to strip concrete?
Was interested in this grinder as opposed to an electric since the rpm's are higher. Have a two-stage 60 gallon compressor, so I know it will handle the job. With the right disc, am I able to strip paint from concrete block with this tool?

You will find this way less torque-y than an electric grinder. May lack power for grinding concrete? It is a tough and rugged tool, but the RPMs slows down easily under load. It is nice for running slowly by feathering the throttle.
