The riveter only comes with 4 rivets. The nose piece is changeable to the rivet size.

It has different nose tips for the rivet sizes, and a "multi" use tool that can be used to change them.

An air compressor would be required to use the Northern Industrial Compact Air Hydraulic Riveter. Any type of compressor would work as long as it met minimum requirements of 4.2 CFM(cubic feet per minute) and 80 psi(lbs per square inch). Northern Tool does offer manual rivet tools if you do not have a compressor. See links below for a few.

Northern Tool + Equipment does sell some rivets for use with the Northern Industrial Compact Air Hydraulic Riveter. See link below. The Riveter can handle various sizes (3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16") that should be available locally in most hardware stores or home centers.

This air hydraulic riveter requires oil. It uses air tool lubricate oil. The oil amount to add is about 3-5 cc's which would be about 2-3 drops depending on the brand of the lubricate oil. After adding the oil, it is normal that a small amount of the oil is sprayed from the riveter.

Replacement nose pieces/tips for this air hydraulic riveter are available through the Northern Tool Parts department. Please call 1-800-222-5381 for pricing and availability. The Parts department is open Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Central time and Saturday 8am-2pm.
