This drill press features a speed adjustment handle located on the left side of the drill press head(when facing it). The speed is adjusted as follows: 1. Turn the speed adjustment handle to
high speed position(up) slowly, the spindle speed will increase to the highest speed.
2. Turn the speed adjustment handle to low speed position(down) slowly, the spindle
speed will increase to the lowest speed. There is a picture of this adjustment handle located on page 7 in the manual. There is a link for the manual listed under the Description tab. Scroll to the bottom of the Description information and there's a section titled Content Links with a link for the manual.
