Can this motor (Leeson 1.5 HP, 3450 RPM Model# 110109.00) be wired for 110 volt service (household) instead of 220 Volt service?

Would a wiring diagram clarify this issue and is it provided?

Yes, this motor can be wired for 115 volt 208 volt or 240 volt. A wiring diagram is included with this item and will show specifically how to wire for each.

yes....it is dual voltage capable. it just used higher amperage on 110 service.

there is a wiring diagram on the side of the motor. if it is confusing...ask an electrician to clarify if for you.

This Leeson Woodworking electric motor comes counter clockwise, but is reversible by following the wiring directions on the motor plate.

Question

Is this motor a suitable substitute for the Sears 10" table saw motor, Mfg motor model C55CYA-1859. I'm thinking that is is.

Sears does not list a substitue for motor on the saw, Sears motor model number 62618. HP, RPM, voltage and phase are identical.

In order to correctly match up a replacement motor you would need the pieces of information below from your current motor and match those to a new one. Most of the information will be on the placard on the motor. We are unable to cross reference Sears numbers.
1) Shaft Size
2) Voltage and Phase
3) HP
4) RPM and Rotation Direction
5) Enclosure Type
