how do you get sand paper for this sander?

The sand paper must have holes in it for the collection bag to work right. Your stores don't carry it.

one regular sheet of sandpaper can be cut into 4 squares. (4 peices) sander comes with handy hole punch for sandpaper, just put sandpaper on sander and place and press down on hole puncher, and ready to sand

Hole puncher?? If you are referring to the vent holes in the sand paper it is done from the factory. I use standard paper as I believe most users of this product do as well. the filter bag is not very efficient.
