The dimensions on the jack are 31 l. x 12.5" w. x 7" h. It is a standard size floor jack for the rated capacity.

Yes, it meets ansi/pald standards...it is made in China for Arcan Tools out of Travelers Rest, SC . This is not your typical aluminum jack...much better quality!

The minimum lift height on the Power Station Professional-Quality Floor Jack item # 149201 is 3 3/4" but the handle would still lift almost all the way to ground.
