The Arcan Engine Load Leveler item # 14589 does not use the eye bolts to connect to the engine block. Instead it uses the hook to the flat bar stabilizer that has two large U-bolts with chain links with fittings to the block.

This leveler uses 4 chains with metal attachments with round holes in them. They are attached to the end of each chain to put a bolt through and go into your engine. If your engine has "Eye" bolts you may need to use a" chain clevis" to attach to the eye bolts or a bolt, nut and several large fender washers could also work.
