No, this Northern Industrial tire and wheel does not include any mounting hardware, and at this time we do not offer an axle that will fit the wheel.

It is easy to make mounting hardware if you have access to a drill press and steel cutoff saw. You buy 3/4 inch rod, cut it to length with saw, then make small nicks near each end with cutoff saw to start the retaining pin holes. Then drill holes in the nicks... depression makes it easy to start them.

Presto Pins (google image if needed) work well in the holes. If no suspension is ok, then a single solid axle under a wagon works well, and you simply drill holes in each side of frame for the rod.

This Northern Industrial tire/wheel has a bearing with a 3/4 inch inside diameter, so it will accommodate a 3/4 inch axle.

The process of replacing this type of bearing is quite easy. Only some small tools and approximately an hours worth of time is required depending on your ability for this type of work. We do offer a 1/2" bushing that is shown below.
