Question
Can this jack be used with either end up?
One of the answers stated that the jack must be used vertically, but it didn't state what amount of inclination is acceptable (many lifts have the ram at 45˚ or less). Nor does does the previous answer indicate whether either end can be upwards in the vertical orientation. And if some amount of inclination is acceptable, does the pumping handle need to be in a specific orientation? For example, if the ram can be mounted on a lift at 30 degrees from vertical (60 degrees from horizontal), with the pumping mechanism at the bottom end of the ram, does the pumping mechanism also need to be oriented in a specific way, for example, on the left side, right side, top side, or underside of the cylinder?
