Question

Will the bolts come out so it can be separated?

I have a large head on the wire, so it won't threat through. Need to separate the pulley and lay it in.

Yes, you can remove the bolts to separate.

No worries. There is a "C" clip on the pin that will slide off and you can open the pulley. Murphy's law says you are going to drop that "C" clip.

Yes - as others stated - remove the C-Clips. I Personally cross-drilled the pin that holds the Hook and installed a quick release pin to make it easier.

I keep meaning to buy snap-rings to replace the C-Clips because over time the C-clips could fail...
