Question
How easily/quickly is this crane disassembled and reassembled? I need to leave the foot bolted in the truck but remove the crane when not needed.

This pickup truck crane can be separated on the vertical post. Disassembling and reassembling will be no problem.

The upper mast and boom assembly lift right off. The lower mast stays bolted in though.

The foot is welded to the main support tube, so you unless you are OK with a 2.5 foot pipe extending from the truck, you are going to have remove the four bolts that hold the plate on the truck. In addition, the four bolts run through 2 support brackets that mount under the surface of the truck bed for additional strength.
Removing the top of the crane from the base also requires removing at least one bolt from the jack portion of the crane. The bolts are secured by standard cotter pins
