The full length of the shaft is 9 1/2" . From the first hole to the back of the mounting surface is 8 1/2".

The Curt Manufacturing winch mount will work with winches that require the following mounting pattern:

Back holes are 1/2" in diameter, front holes are slots that are 1/2" x 15/16".

There are two bolt patterns. The first one is 6 1/2" from side to side and 4 9/16" from front to back. The second one is 10" from side to side and 4 9/16" from front to back.

The mount does have a 600 lb. tongue weight capacity.
