No, these replacement brushes are for the Weatherproof Scrusher Boot & Shoe Brush for Heavy Duty Use (Northern Item # 14266) with 3 bottom brushes.

You need Northern Item # 142630 which fits both the Scrusher Boot & Shoe Brush (Northern Item # 14263) and the Portable Scrusher Boot & Shoe Brush (Northern Item # 14250). This kit has 2 bottom brushes, 2 side brushes and the mounting screws.
