This would be a comparable wheel and tire size. However, you would need to ensure that the axle bore and the hub width are compatible as well. This wheel has a 5/8" bore diameter and a 6" wide hub.

Is this tire suitable (strong enough) for a 6' tractor finishing mower? The size would work just fine.

The tire has a load capacity of 500 pounds so it largely depends on the weight of the mower.

I have it on my Woods mower deck and have only cut about 2 acres so far with it, but it is holding up fine so far.
