Question
How is the liquid drained from this washer?
I'm looking for a parts washer that I can use inside a vented room without a sink. I need to drain my washer into five gallon buckets. I would also like to soak multiple parts in the bottom of the washer. Can this unit do all that?

The drain plug for this unit is located on the bottom of the basin. So yes, you would be able to drain into a pail. This is a large tub so you would be able to soak several parts in this at one time.

there is a plug in the bottom of the tank to drain the fluid from it I installed a nipple with a shut off valve on it so i could catch the fluid back into buckets this makes fluid changes much easer

Why no flammable liquids?
Why is it specified not to use flammable liquid in tank but yet has a Lid with fusible link hinge for safety? I use mine with solvent?

This Wel-Bilt 40-Gallon Parts Washer may be damaged if you use solvents such as methylethylketone (MEK), perchloroethylene or trichloroethylene. Use only water-base solvents with this parts washer.
The lid incorporates a fusible link to close the lid in the event of a fire.
