1.5 hp could be anywhere between 40cc and 50cc.
Actual power output for the engine installed in the final machine will vary depending on numerous factors, including the operating speed of the engine in the application, environmental conditions, maintenance and other variables.

A 205 cc engine would be equivalent to 5.5-6 HP engine and 9 ft lbs of torque.. You will need to also check your shaft size and bolt circle.
