The viscosity of an oil will be lighter than grease and take up less space within the bushing.

Grease will just "gum up" the bushing/shaft. The oil will seep into the sintered bushing and actually lubricate as the bushing heats up, releasing the oil to lubricate the surfaces.

I used to wonder the same thing. The grease tends to gum up under those sheer loads and stops lubricating rather quickly. Bronze likes oil much better, it soaks into it slightly and lasts better. These clutches have it rough though, plan on a few drops of oil every couple hours of run time.

is this clutch keyed?

I want to use this clutch on a GX120 Honda engine. Does this clutch have a key shaft?
The Honda GX120 is listed as a 3/4" shaft as is this clutch, I assume then it will work?

Yes, this clutch has a 3/16" keyway. And should work on your Honda engine provided it has a long enough shaft length.

This clutch comes from the factory set up to engage at approximately 2300 rpm. We do not offer a kit that will modify this clutch to engage at a different rpm.

5 sets of springs available, comes std. @ 2300 rpm engagement springs (white).
Available springs: Yellow - 2000 rpm engagement, Orange - 1800 rpm engagement, Red - 1200 rpm engagement and Green - 830 rpm engagement.

What is the engagement rpm for this product

Because I bought a 208cc powerhorse engine from you and it idles at around 2100 rpm which is engageing the clutch I currently have.

The hilliard Extreme-Duty Centrifugal Clutch item # 13791 engages at 2300 rpm and should be able to run it on your Powerhorse engine.

The std engagement rpm is 2300 rpm, which is probably what you have (white springs).
