The retractable ball mount plate is 12 inches from front to back, and 13 3/4 inches from left to right, it can support a maximum gross trailer weight of 25,000 pounds.

It might work with your rails depending on the max load capacity of your rails and the bolt pattern.

Your rails would need to be able to support the 12,000 pounds of your 5th wheel and match the 4 bolt pattern of 9 7/8 inches square.

This Buyers goose-neck retractable ball mount does not include a mounting kit, the materials needed and installation instructions for support under the truck bed are listed in the owners manual.
