You should be able to look on the outside of the latches on your tool boxes, if there is a hole or rivet in them, you can drill these out and reuse them on something else. Most tool boxes have blind studs attached to them and the only way that they can be removed you have to be able to get to the mounting nuts that attach them to your tool box doors. These locks will be smooth on the outside of the locks, without any holes or rivets showing on them. We use only locks that we can rivet onto our Custom Built Tool Boxes.
