Does the tongue extend? If not is there an extender I can purchase. I'd like to use this to transport Kayaks and my longest is a little over 14 feet, so I 'd need greater length.

We do not recommend extending the tongue on this trailer. We do carry hitch extenders which will have the same affect, check out my product recommendations.

The assembly instructions are very good. There is a parts list to to tally before starting. There is not DVD, but as I said the written instructions are very good. The problem I had was only two of the framework parts had ID numbers on them, but even without, the drawings are good enough to figure out what goes where without them.

The Northern Industrial Folding Trailer Kit will not tilt down. Northern Tool sells many ramps, as well as ramp kits, that could easily be used with this trailer to load an ATV onto the deck. See links below for a few of the items we sell.
