There is no on/off sensor. The light has an on/off switch with a pull cord.

There is a on/off sensor with 8 feet of wire. It has a separate solar panel that recharges the battery.

Yes, it has an on/off switch with a pull string. It also has a slide switch with which you can choose to turn on 10 of the 20 LED lights (battery saver mode) or the full 20 LED lights for maximum effect.

Cold temperatures (above 0 degrees F) should not effect the battery, which is insulated. Also, this item does not have a timer but a switch that you would turn on and off. Works great for lighting inside a shed or remote location.

Haven't had any cold weather yet to tell if temperature affects batteries, but, no, they are not insulated. The 20-LED Shed Light is not a security light. It has an on/off pull switch.

The Sunforce 20-LED Solar Shed Light will have a light sensor that will turn the light on and off automatically, but also will have a manual override feature that would allow to turn the light on or off anytime.

This shed light is only designed to work on the 1.2 volt batteries it comes with. If there's another way to wire it to work with 12v batteries we recommend calling the manufacturer Sunforce products.

The manufacturer(Sunforce) does not measure the LEDs in mcd, but states that it would function at roughly the equivalent of a 60 watt bulb. At this time, Sunforce does not provide an angle measurement for the LEDs.

The Sunforce 20-LED Shed Light will run for approximately 2 hours on a full charge. The manufacturer does not have a lumen rating, but the brightness would be about the same as a 60 watt bulb.
