No it does not, I just leave it flipped forward on my Bolens. Not sure about other tractor brands.

NO the seat has (4) threaded mount holes in the bottom

No eyelets evident anywhere on the seat. You may have to make a mounting plate to mount it if you are unable to reuse the one that is currently on the machine.

This gator seat does not have the molded eyelets on the bottom for forward tilt. It is a fixed position seat.

The seat pan is plastic. The bolt pattern is 7 1/2" apart side to side, 3" apart front to back. The bolt holes sit 3" back from the front and 4 1/2" from the side edge.

Pan is plastic with nut inserts for the bolts (5/16-18). See other answer for the patern.
