I typed in john deere 850 in the search window and this came up, but I don't see an 850 listed in the models it will fit? If not do you carry a steering wheel for a john deere 850?

This steering wheel will not fit the John Deere 850 model. We do not have one for this model tractor.

No, there is not a center cap available through the manufacturer. You would need to purchase the OEM part through the manufacturer of your tractor. The ID for the center of this steering wheel is 2 1/2 inches.
