Can I reduce the output for a 3/4" hose for firefighting

You can reduce this down to a 3/4" hose as long as you keep the water running through the pump. You do not want to let it run down as the pump will get too hot.

Yes you can reduce to a 3/4 line. You will have great pressure but low volume. My suggestion, go with a 1'' with a 10/20 dual gallon nozzle. Great pressure and volume to knock down a good size grass fire.

This pump is for clear water only. It will not handle solids. It includes a 2" strainer.

Parts for the pump are sourced from all over the world. However, the pump is actually built in the USA. Currently we do not have any flow charts available.

The pump cavity will need to be filled with water at first to eliminate the air in the system and will be a self priming pump with the next use.
