There are four, two inch holes on top of the tank, two on each end. One hole for venting, One hole the gauge, one for the input and one for the output. There is a one inch hole near the bottom of one end for draining.

You could not use the hook to lift this tank with when the tank is full. This tank would weigh over 2500 pounds when full and is designed to be a stationary tank only.
