This Fill-Rite flow meter can be used with water, you have to have a minimum of 2 gpm going through the meter for proper accuracy. There are too many variables to hook this up to a control valve.

The Tuthill digital flow meter can withstand temperatures that range from 0 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Northern Industrial turbine digital meter does not have a temperature range listed, it is intended for common outdoor temperatures.

Can this meter be used to keep track of oil consumption?

I'd like to know if this meter indicates flow rate only or does it also keep a log of gallons used.

The meter keeps a tally of the fluid that is transferred, not consumed, in gallons. It does not register gallons per minute or GPM.

I understand that this gauge can be used with water, So will there be a any problems using it to monitor my well gallons per minute output?
