Wayne transfer pumps are designed for water transfer only. You can not use liquid fertilizer with this. You would need to use a chemical pump that is designed for this application.

Staff Answer
The Wayne 12 Volt Transfer Pump will most likely provide enough pressure for an outdoor shower. The shower head used will determine the pressure the water comes out at, and this will provide about 5 gallons per minute, enough for most showers.
