For this Klutch air impact wrench we recommend using a 3/8 inch hose for optimum performance.

Your compressor should able to produce 4.8 CFM (cubic feet per minute) to operate correctly and it performs best at 90 PSI (pressure per square inch), the larger the air tank you have on your compressor the better.

Compressor needs to supply about 5cfm @ 90#, I have used 3/8" hose as far as 200' from compressor, however I prefer to limit my 3/8 hose to no more than 100'

On the back is a lever you move from foward to reverse. on the forward direction it has some stops that you can feel to regulate the torque. I used mine for almost a week before I noticed the system, it works very well

Impact wrenches create torque when a hammer inside spins freely, then connects with the output shaft for a split second, creating an impact. The Klutch Heavy-Duty Air Impact Wrench has two hammers delivering twice as many impacts(blows) as a single hammer impact wrench.

Dual hammer has 2 hammers located at 180 degrees to each other both striking at the same time. Primarily it helps to reduce the felt vibration on the tool in your hand.
