The impact wrench is not rated with off or on torque by NitroCat. The industry standard rates at working torque only.

answer 2
According to the specs on the paperwork that came with my wrench, item 100107, this wrench has 900 ft-lbs torque in reverse, and three different settings in forward. I am very pleased with mine. I had two other inexpensive half inch impact wrenches, and this one breaks lug nuts loose in a flash while the other ones were still trying to break the first one loose.
